This software has been written to initial specifications supplied by Oasis Clearwater Ltd. to assist their service agents efficiently schedule the servicing of large numbers of septic tank installations over a wide geographical area.
As it turns out, the same concepts we have developed and enhanced over several months are suitable for many other service related industries.
The software produces reports of service due for a period (day, week etc). This service work is split into as many separate service areas as you like. The service areas can be geographical or anything else that suits your particular business. For example, you could have service work assigned to a particular tradesman and get reports sorted by tradesman for a particular period.

Although the initial idea was to track the service due at multiple remote sites, we have found that this software can also assist the scheduling of machinery at a local site and it is also for work-shops where customers need to be prompted to bring their products in for servicing.

All licensed users are entitled to free updates for one year from date of purchase. After that they can purchase an update subscription at a modest rate.
